Inner healing work has been a growing passion of mine for many years. During my teens I struggled with anxiety and depression which led me to seek support for my mental health. The care I received influenced me to want to help others, and I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling. While working as a clinician I gained experience and insight on how to support others in their healing. As a part of my own self care during this time, I worked on supporting my nervous system, and began practicing meditation on a regular basis. The more I explored alternative healing modalities outside of traditional therapy, the more I found grounding, peace, and joy within myself. I realized then, that true healing goes far beyond the limits of the mind or body.
My first experience with Holy Fire™ Reiki had such a profound impact on me, I made the decision to pursue becoming a Reiki practitioner. I received my Level I & II placement in 2021, and then my Master Level placement in March 2025. Throughout my training my energetic blocks continued to clear, and I was able to open up to my inner guidance, and connect to myself on a deeper level spiritually and energetically. While I have personally received immense self-healing and clarity throughout my work with Holy Fire™ Reiki, I have also had the joy and fulfillment of supporting others in their healing. I am passionate about sharing Holy Fire™ with others because I believe that it is a powerful resource that can truly benefit anyone.
My sessions combine my skills as a Reiki Master practitioner, as well as pulling from my knowledge and skill base gained while working in mental health. Together, I strive to create a space that provides not only energetic healing, but also allows for supportive processing. I am a Trauma-Informed provider and have supported clients in navigating the impacts of trauma and grief while on their spiritual journey. The goal of my work is to help clients to find peace in their bodies, clarity in their minds, and connection to the powerful energy that exists within them.
